ABOUT US

Walking alongside you as you heal

Innostaa Networks offers somatic, trauma-informed care that honors your journey and reconnects you with your innate wisdom. We provide compassionate mental health support across Africa and empower the next generation of trauma-informed counselors.

We believe healing is not a destination but a living, breathing process — one that moves at the pace of your nervous system, held in the warmth of community.

Our commitment is simple: to walk alongside you as you find your way home to yourself — to witness your unfolding, and to honor the courage it takes to heal.

Enid Njeri
01COUNSELING PSYCHOLOGIST

Enid Njeri

Enid is a well-being practitioner with three years of experience in psychosocial support, grounding, and direct intervention. Her background in Education and a MA in Counselling Psychology give her work both depth and a deeply human quality — she understands how people process, struggle, and what it costs to feel unseen.

Her practice is informed by training in digital health justice and gender and climate, since context shapes everything about how people experience and carry pain. She works with people navigating distress, loss, and life transitions — and that work, for her, is personal.
